  3.                       Warning on Protected Programs
  4.  
  5.         Several of the programs that used to be available only to 
  6.         registered users are now included in the shareware 
  7.         release, in a disabled form.  If you give away a copy of 
  8.         Runner or post it on a bulletin board system, these 
  9.         original, disabled versions of these programs must be 
  10.         included.
  11.         
  12.         When you send in the shareware registration fee of $10 
  13.         (US) or more, you will receive a serial number and 
  14.         security code.  Using this information and the 
  15.         RUNR_REG.PRG program, you can create fully working 
  16.         versions of all the protected programs.  These updated, 
  17.         working programs are NO LONGER SHAREWARE and MUST NOT BE 
  18.         GIVEN TO OTHERS.  Each updated program is stamped with 
  19.         your serial number and is traceable to you.  Making these 
  20.         updated programs available to others is a violation of 
  21.         FEDERAL COPYRIGHT LAW and may be prosecuted.

  23.         The list of protected programs currently includes the 
  24.         REGIONS.TTP, MINI_RUN.TTP and RPICSEL.PRG files.
